* 5 years of professional experience
* Local area network infrastructure hardware, software, protocols and services
* Wide area network infrastructure hardware, software, protocols and services
* Network security infrastructure, e.g. antivirus, antispam, firewalls, intrusion prevention, PKI
* Network services, e.g. DNS, DHCP, WINS, NTP, SNMP for different operating systems
* Web infrastructure, proxies and DMZ
* Authentication protocols, directory services like Active Directory and LDAP
* Email infrastructure applications, protocols and services
* Administration and management tools
* Scripting languages
* Process Oriented: knowledge of IT industry standard practices
* Trustworthy: reliable, honest and sincere
* Self organized and motivated: balance multiple competing priorities in high pressure situations
* Customer Oriented: professional and customer oriented; can interact with users on different hierarchy levels and IT literacy levels
* Team Work: work and communicate in an open, constructive and cooperative manner
* Conflict Management: manage conflicts in a cooperative and target oriented manner
* Intercultural Awareness: ability to relate effectively with people from other cultural backgrounds
* Spanish speaking preferred
